Mushroom and Onion Sauté

This delicious dish is packed full of flavor and easy to make!


  • 2 tbsps. Olive Oil

  • 1 Onion (thinly sliced)

  • 8 oz. Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tsp. herbs of your choice


1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet of medium high heat. Add the onions and sauté for 3 minutes.

2. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The onions will become clear and the mushrooms will give up its liquid and begin to turn brown.

3. Season with salt and pepper. Add the balsamic vinegar and herbs and stir.

4. Make sure to scrape the browned bits. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
